What about VAT, tourist tax and income tax?

Is this bookkeeping software? Does it sync with my bank?

No. Host Profit OS is a planning and decision tool, not bookkeeping software. It doesn't sync with anything. You enter your numbers, it shows you what they mean. Use a bookkeeping tool separately for historical tracking.
